2011 IT support labour tariff
Our labour pricing is based on the tariff below but every client is different and each agreement is worked out to suit you. A fixed agreement has a single monthly fee that covers all of your IT support and management. You might prefer to pre-purchase a set amount of time for maintenance or have an entirely ad-hoc arrangement and just call us when you need us. We can work as you prefer.

  Your monthly fee is based upon the equipment, software and number of users to be supported. A single fee covers all labour costs within the agreement and rates for support outside of your agreement are the same as for 'fixed time'. Pre-puchasing units that you can use for any IT support task is a good way to control costs and still have retained support services available. All jobs are timed and you will get a detailed timesheet each month. Even when you don't have a support agreement we can help. Call when you need us, most remote issues are dealt with straight away or book an onsite visit. We can usually get to you on the same day for urgent matters.
