  What is a fixed agreement?  
  Each contract is designed for your business requirements rather than a generic list . For a fixed monthly fee, we will continuously monitor your systems and deal with problems before they affect the running of your business. All support calls, on site visits and remote sessions are included so you can budget effectively.  
  Key features  
  Remote support. We make sure your technician can access your systems remotely and securely. This enables us to respond quickly to support requests and fix most issues without on site visits. If it is not possible to fix faults remotely your technician will arrange a next day site visit. Same day visits are available for critical problems.  
  System audit. Identify all equipment, understand your priorities and create a maintenance schedule.  
  Personal Contact. Direct telephone, mobile and email contact with your technician.  
  Security maintenance. We monitor all Antivirus, AntiSpyware and firewall systems, actively update software and operating systems with their latest patches and service packs.  
  Data backup monitoring. We make regular checks that backups are up to date and that restores work properly.  
  Storage monitoring. Checking there is adequate space on key systems before it becomes a problem.  
  Networking. Maintenance and monitoring of routers, ethernet switches, VPNs, NAS and related network components.  
  Hardware. Onsite hardware repairs, temporary replacement equipment as necessary.
