  What is a Fixed Time agreeement?  
  The agreement also retains the skills of your technician so you have support available whenerver an incident occurs. includes essential monitoring and will warn you in advance of potential problems. Telephone support is included and remote or onsite support is prioritised with no callout fees.

  Remote support. We make sure your technician can access your systems remotely and securely. This enables us to respond quickly to support requests and fix most issues without on site visits. If it is not possible to fix faults remotely your technician will arrange a next day site visit. Same day visits are available for critical problems.  
  System audit. Identify all equipment, understand your priorities and create a monitoring plan.  
  Personal Contact. Direct telephone, mobile and email contact with your technician.  
  Security monitoring. We monitor AntiVirus, Antispyware and firewall systems for warnings and advise when action is required.  
  Data backup monitoring. We make regular checks that backup processes are working as they should.  
  Storage monitoring. Warning you when storage space is getting low and recommending a solution.
