Pay as you Go IT Support
  What is Pay as you Go Support?  
  If you don't have a support agreement with us we can still help. Our fees are simple and transparent and work is only carried out with your prior agreement and a fixed quote.  
  Key features  
  Remote support. Where possible we will make use of remote support to fix your problem. An initial discussion by email or telephone will enable us to agree what needs to be done before work commences. If the fault cannot be fixed remotely, an on site visit can be arranged. The remote connection is instigated by you and once ended we will no longer have access.  
  Telephone support. Sometimes a bit of advice or some instructions is all you need. If you are not an existing client we can accept online payment for a fixed fee task.  
  On site support. Sometimes there is no choice but to have a technician look at the system on site. Our call out charge includes the first hour and we will identify the problem quickly and offer a solution that suits your priorities.  
  Hardware repair. If hardware cannot be repaired on site we will try to offer you a workaround to keep going. That could be lending you equipment or migrating data to another computer.  
  No fix No fee. We will always offer you a solution to the problem for a fair price
